Oftentimes we run into new people who ask us the same question – Why did you choose to become Vegan? While the original reason, for either of us, may have been similar and singular – to not participate in animal exploitation -- over the years, we have come to realise that the extent of ecosystem damage attributed to a conventional, non-vegan diet and lifestyle is enormous. And today, we are among those who stand by the opinion that Veganism is one of the most simple and effective personal choices one can opt for reducing their environmental impact as an individual. As avid travelers and foodies, we carry this responsibility to new destinations we visit – Always being on the hunt to learn about traditional plant-based dishes, Always on the quest to prove that a vegan lifestyle is both possible and relevant in every corner of earth you visit or reside in.
